Lead Product Management group which is responsible for companys financing products.
Develop longterm strategic goals to align with companys overall objectives. Oversee and manage the full cycle of financing products from development to and regular performance monitoring.
Develops pricing and marketing strategies including profit simulations that aligns with company objective such as profit improvement or increasing market share.
Develop and implement sales targets plans and monitor performance to ensure companys revenue and profitability goals are met.
Apply innovative strategies and conducts indepth market research to identify trends opportunities.
Manage digital initiatives including website to enhance customer engagement improve lead generation and drive product adoption.
Collaborate with sales team and external stakeholders to execute sales and promotional campaigns ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manages and oversees updates and improvement to pricing systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business / Actuarial science or any equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 8 years of working experience in related field. Preferable candidate with experience in Product Development Product Management and Pricing. Minimum 3 years in leadership experience.
Good communications and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in data analysis tools Microsoft Excel Power Point and Words.
