Responsibilities:
- Deliver topquality support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat
- Address and resolve questions about products services and accounts promptly
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive followups and clear communication
- Keep customer records accurate and uptodate in the system
- Collaborate with your team and management to maintain high service standards
- Work rotational shifts including both early and night shifts with an emphasis on consecutive days off when possible
Requirements:
- Native French speaker (required)
- Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology and customer service platforms
- Flexibility to work early and night shifts based on the business needs
