Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and analytical Corporate Development Associate to join their team in Manila.
You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives driving expansion managing investor relations fundraising efforts and identifying growth opportunities to fuel their continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct indepth market research to identify trends competitive landscapes and growth opportunities in the F&B industry.
- Assist in developing and executing corporate strategies including expansion plans partnerships and new market entry.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments partnerships acquisitions or fundraising opportunities.
- Support due diligence valuation and negotiation processes for mergers acquisitions or joint ventures.
- Prepare investor presentations manage communications with existing and potential investors and maintain strong relationships to support fundraising efforts.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing fundraising opportunities including preparing pitch decks financial projections and other materials for equity or debt financing.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence and operational capabilities.
- Create compelling presentations and reports for internal stakeholders investors and external partners to communicate strategic recommendations and financial updates.
- Coordinate crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timely .
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations Marketing Finance) and external partners including investors to drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in corporate development strategy investment banking management consulting. Experience in the F&B or retail industry is not required.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to investors and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
