Job Description
Infosys is seeking aDevelopment Manager / Technical Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders andapplytechnical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491
Required Qualifications :
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMississauga Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of InformationTechnologyexperience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employerbased visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Development teams.
- Extensive 5 years) Handson experience in Python Development.
- Extensive 3 years) Handson experience in React Development.
- At least 8 years of experience in Software Development.
- Good understanding of Agile Development methodologies
- Good Mentoring skills to mentor and guide developers
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Strong diligence and a passion for quality software development.
- Good communication and eagerness to work on different technologies.
- Exposure to QA automation tools like Cypress is a plus
- Good Analytical Abilities.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Telecom domain
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
