Job Description
Job Title: Senior Cloud / AWS Engineer (Program Task Lead)
Location: Local Remote Must live within DMV
Clearance: Must possess a SECRET Clearance (at minimum)
Citizenship:US citizenship
Compensation:$100000 $170000; compensation based on years of relevant work experience educational background and related skillset

AttainX Inc. is in search of a Senior Cloud / AWS Engineer who will serve as the Program Task Lead for Cloud Implementation Services on a 35 FTE federal civilian contract. Leads the cloud implementation for the provision high availability reliability installation and management of hardware software technical expertise and site security to support the operation of external and internal facing websites.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or similar technical relevant field
- At least ten 10 years in relevant industry experience working with cloud technologies
- At least ten 10 years of experience working in a lead role
- At least two 2 years of Technical Writing experience
- Must possess at least one 1 valid AWS Certification
Preferred Experience:
- Two 2 years of Bureau of Consular Affairs Experience
- Experience working with FedRamp
- Familiarity with 508 Compliance
Job Duties:
- Design develop and maintain secure scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform cloudFormation or AWS CDK.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline Jenkins GitHub Actions etc.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudWatch CloudTrail and thirdparty tools like Splunk.
- Perform cloud cost optimization and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with security standards such as FedRAMP NIST 80053 or ISO 27001.
