LEGAL COUNSEL (SPAIN)
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international Legal Team with a focus on promoting and adapting our global legal strategy to support Fevers Spanish operations. As Legal Counsel supporting Spain you will play a critical role in the of our business strategy in the region working closely with local business leaders to execute projects with iconic local and international brands and partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to broaden their legal expertise and take ownership of important legal projects while contributing to Fevers mission vision and ambitious growth. In this role you will assist internal teams across the company on various legal matters related to our Spanish operations including commercial agreements corporate management and public procurement processes. Your daytoday work will also involve advising on a broad range of legal issues in connection with the needs of the business (regulatory real estate financingrelated matters among others).
You will be expected to execute the following for your region:
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts terms and conditions
- Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
- Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
- Provide corporate management support in the region
- Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in Spain
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
- Manage knowledge and documents including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
- Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
- Upskilling support and growth of other team members
In order to be successful in this role you will:
- Be a practising lawyer with 3 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in Spain.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
- A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.

This position will be located in Madrid with some flexibility for starting dates.
