Job Title:Graduate Student Worker (GSEB) Riley Digitization Center Digitization Assistant

Job Classification:Graduate Student Employee Biweekly

Department: Libraries Collections and Digital Services

Hiring Manager: Allyson Riley

Contact:

Work Schedule: 15 hours per week between 8am and 5pm Monday Friday only

Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing

Pay Rate: $15

Job Description: Provide support for digital projects and the digitization of material in the Riley Digitization Center including: digitization of material on specialized hardware (imaging audio and video equipment) and qualitychecking digitized files. Work with the Riley Center staff on various digital projects including tasks like: digitization qualitycontrol derivative file creation digital file management workflow checklists and physical material organization and management. Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients Ability to prioritize and take initiative Assist with various projects activities and tasks related to business operations Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
