Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor toleadership driving workforce planning talent development and employeerelations.
Own and execute performancemanagement frameworks ensuring continuous feedback and career growth.
Design and implement employeeengagement programs that foster a thriving workplace.
Lead initiatives to enhancemanager capability promoting leadership effectiveness.
Partner with crossfunctionalteams to ensure smooth HR operations policy and compliance.
Develop datadriven peopleinsights to support decisionmaking and optimize HR processes. Champion HR bestpractices in a scalable fastpaced environment.
Requirements
5 years of experience intalent management performance review cycles employee engagement and HRconnect programs.
Proven ability to manage HRfunctions for a workforce of 200 employees.
Experience in fastgrowingstartups preferably in high growth tech startups or B2B SaaS.
Bachelors or Masters degreein Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
