As a Principal RTL Design Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of DRAM digital IP design from specification RTL verification synthesis lint CDC LEC and static timing analysis to deliver a design meeting target power performance and area goals.

*This will be a hybrid position located in Atlanta GA 4 days in office 1 day at home)

*The level of this hybrid role depends on your experience level

Can be Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer

Whats Encouraged Daily:

  • As a member of the DRAM design engineering team you will be responsible for designing DRAM digital IPs with ASIC flows. You will implement document and deliver high performance area and power efficient RTL to achieve design targets and specifications.
  • Analyze design tradeoffs based on features performance requirements.
  • Work with physical implementation team to implement and optimize physical design to meet frequency area power goals
  • Improve quality and efficiency and help refine development process for greater productivity of the team through automation and improved methods
  • Driving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 2 years demonstrated ability or a Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience in presilicon RTL design Mixedsignal design plus the following:
  • Indepth knowledge of ASIC design flow including RTL design verification logic synthesis and timing analysis
  • Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals and methodologies
  • Indepth knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog and simulation tools
  • Understand ASIC low power design techniques
  • Knowledge of CDC RDC STA and UPF
  • Experience in RTL development for logic or mixedsignal circuits.
  • Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics
  • Design digital and analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with memory design
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to efficiently synthesize and convey sophisticated technical concepts to other partners and leadership
  • Consistent track record of innovation and problemsolving in highperformance memory development
  • A selfmotivated hardworking team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds
  • Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products.
