YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our Commercial Team where we focus on helping local businesses strengthen their presence and expand their reach leveraging datadriven insights and tailored commercial solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth increase sales and strengthen Glovos market presence.
  • Build and manage a highperforming portfolio of partners identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives.
  • Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume product sales ROI on campaigns and operational efficiency.
  • Drive databacked decisionmakinginvestigate underperforming campaigns identify sales trends and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovos position in key areas ensuring partner success and market share growth.
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness pitching success rates and overall team productivity.

Engage with partners proactivelycall restaurants pitch opportunities and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience in sales or account managementyoure comfortable reaching out to partners making calls and pitching solutions.
  • Strong analytical skillsyoure comfortable with numbers can spot trends and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Strategic thinkingyou dont just manage partners; you help them grow.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsyou know how to influence and build longterm relationships.

Adaptability and problemsolvingyou thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
