Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment delivering engaging lessons and fostering the academic and personal growth of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and the diverse needs of students.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical social and emotional development of students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and the school administration to support student learning and development.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area.
- Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
Working Conditions:
- Standard school hours with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings parentteacher conferences and school events.
- Classroom environment with potential exposure to various learning materials and resources.
