Regional Sales Executive Minneapolis
Step into a dynamic role as a Regional Sales Executive serving the Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin region. Based ideally in the Minneapolis Metro Area this position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in a critical industrial and commercial trade territory.
Were looking for a selfdriven resultsoriented sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships with electrical distributors and agents. Youll actively manage your territory identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored lighting solutions that exceed customer expectationsall while maximizing profitability.
This role requires someone whos equally strategic and personableable to speak confidently with Clevel decision makers and field technicians alike. Youll spend most of your time in the field owning the customer experience and turning market intelligence into smart actionable growth strategies.
What Youll Bring:
35 years of proven sales success (lighting industry preferred)
A bachelors degree in business or related field
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Outstanding communication organization and closing skills
