We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to lead a highperforming team of recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Worldwide Amazon Stores Business Units in Australia. This role will work closely with global partners and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition within the country.
As the Senior Manager Stores Recruiting Australia Country Leader youll be a strategic partner to business leaders providing talent insights driving innovative sourcing strategies and delivering a worldclass candidate experience. Youll build and develop a team of recruiting professionals setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives building diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing approaches.
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders offering deep industry expertise educating and advocating for Amazons bestinclass recruitment practices.
Lead and mentor your team fostering a culture of excellence continuous learning and career growth.
Leverage datadriven insights dashboards and metrics to measure team performance and drive process improvements.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to anticipate future talent needs and develop longterm talent acquisition strategies.
About the team
The role is part of Worldwide Amazon Stores LATPAC (LATAM and APJC) Talent Acquisition team. You will join a senior team of recruiting leaders focused on growing our LATPAC markets. The team leads recruiting delivery for retail operations and corporate roles including high volume hiring tech and nontech.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition utilizing various recruitment tools databases and sourcing techniques.
Demonstrated direct people leadership experiences including managing managers.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for immediate and longterm hiring needs.
Demonstrated success in writing documents.
Proficiency in business English (both written and spoken).
Experience in highvolume and specialized hiring combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
Experience working in matrixed growthoriented organizations.
Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics dashboards and performance reports.
Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and business narratives.
