Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate forChief of Otolaryngology (ENT) is a boardcertified fellowshiptrained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care education and clinical excellence.
- This individual will lead a wellestablished highvolume ENT program that offers comprehensive services including head & neck surgery otology and laryngology supported by a collaborative team of specialists advanced practice providers and a strong referral network.
- A commitment to mentoring program development and fostering a teamoriented culture is essential.
Highlights of the Position
- MD/DO along with Board Certification and 5 years or more experience preferred.
- Experience developing junior staff/faculty.
- Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT at Guthrie.
- Highvolume wellestablished practice
- Subspecialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck Rhinology andOtology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients.
- Freestanding and modern clinic facilities
- Remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Department at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital as well as updated ORs with robotic access.
- Robust EHR (Epic 10Star health system top 1 of Epic organizations)
