Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate forChief of Otolaryngology (ENT) is a boardcertified fellowshiptrained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care education and clinical excellence.
This individual will lead a wellestablished highvolume ENT program that offers comprehensive services including head & neck surgery otology and laryngology supported by a collaborative team of specialists advanced practice providers and a strong referral network.
A commitment to mentoring program development and fostering a teamoriented culture is essential.
Highlights of the Position
MD/DO along with Board Certification and 5 years or more experience preferred.
Experience developing junior staff/faculty.
Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT at Guthrie.
Highvolume wellestablished practice
Subspecialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck Rhinology andOtology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients.
Freestanding and modern clinic facilities
Remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Department at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital as well as updated ORs with robotic access.
Robust EHR (Epic 10Star health system top 1 of Epic organizations)
