We are seeking a motivated and proactive Logistics & Quality Assistant to join a wellestablished manufacturing business based in Malton. This company is a leader in its field designing and producing highquality engineered products for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure high standards are met
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics for both UK and international customers
  • Manage documentation including export paperwork and quality reports
  • Assist in resolving nonconformance issues alongside the QHSE Manager
  • Pack and prepare goods for delivery while ensuring efficient stock management
  • Organise transport and liaise with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement in quality and logistics

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in logistics or quality control
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift licence is a desirable but training will be provided!
  • Willingness to learn ESD and IPC techniques (training available)
