As we gear up for the Halloween season were looking for enthusiastic and friendly seasonal team members to help us provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and customerfocused individuals to join our team for theGraduation season. As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will assist customers in finding the perfect party supplies novelty gifts and specialty balloon decorations while ensuring our store is welcoming and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance with Halloween dcor costumes and balloon dcor needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining displays and store cleanliness.
- Help stock shelves with merchandise and ensure items are properly priced.
- Provide information on products promotions and current sales.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
- Assist with balloon orders and other special requests.
- Support other team members in daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Friendly positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment especially during peak Halloween shopping times.
- Flexibility with scheduling including evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Interest in parties decorations or Halloween is a bonus!
