You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFor the Linklaters Service Delivery Centre we are currently recruiting for the Risk Specialist role.
You will be part of the firms Legal & Risk function which has around 100 team members across our global role focuses primarily on managing the firms risk with regards to business is a challenging role that would suit an ambitious candidate looking for ample learning opportunities.
Your role
Initiating and analysing conflicts checks in the firms conflict checking system and working alongside Conflicts lawyers to resolve legal and commercial conflicts with relevant stakeholders;
advising on the firms client engagement terms policies procedures and best practice;
reviewing Information Barriers queries and clash clearance (ethical walls management);
reviewing and authorising IT requests with privacy and/or data protection implications as well as advising on unusual user activities on Linklaters network;
preparing responses to audit letter requests according to firms audit letter policy;
managing Share Dealing applications.
Your experience
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Min. 12 years of professional experience in Operational Risk environment preferably within an international law firm or experience in reporting controlling or auditing;
Strong analytical skills with a systematic wellorganised approach and attention to detail;
Demonstrates a hardworking and flexible can do attitude with the ability to work independently and within tight deadlines;
Teamoriented and able to promote good team spirit;
Good at developing relationships with lawyers and staff at all levels;
Able to learn new IT systems quickly; familiar with searching databases and searching conventions.
Location
Warsaw hybrid working model with 2 days per week at the office
Working hours
Shifts: 8:00 16:15 and 11:00 19:15
