• Install water treatment products: water softeners reverse osmosis systems etc. in homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare process and execute orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues complaints and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customerfocused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• Endofday supervisor checkins with daily recaps

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
• 13 years of light plumbing experience required
• 13 years of mechanical experience preferred although not required
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detailoriented highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
