Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute detailed account reconciliations including bank accounts balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
- Prepare and review journal entries to correct historical variances
- Support external audit readiness by organizing documentation and responding to audit inquiries
- Identify gaps in processes and assist with implementing improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Provide guidance to junior staff as needed
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
- Strong reconciliation and audit preparation experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control best practices
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced projectdriven environment
