Job Description Summary

This job will be responsible for selling office leasing spaces in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of success in sales and management with the ability to drive business growth foster strong client relationships and ensure the continued success of our commercial real estate sales division.

About the Role:

  • Business Development: Drive the expansion of our commercial real estate portfolio by identifying new business opportunities cultivating relationships with potential clients and expanding our market presence.
  • Transaction Management: Develop and run transactions with team involvement and surpass sales target. Lead inspire and guide a team of commercial real estate sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets with a strong focus on business development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tactics and action plans specifically tailored to the commercial real estate market and business growth objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial clients exceeding their real estate requirements and expectations and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends competition and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector identifying potential areas for business expansion.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the budget allocated to the commercial sales department allocating resources strategically for business growth.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and negotiations with commercial clients addressing their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our business development services.

About You:

  • Proven track record of sales and marketing in any field is a prerequisite.
  • Experience within the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fastpaced environment.
