The Role
The Plynk technology team within the Fidelity Brokerage Technology organization is looking for an energetic Lead Business Analyst who blends knowledge of the brokerage domain with a passion for designing best in class solutions. You will be part of a highly dynamic team that builds and supports a wide array of bestinclass products. Our engineering team is innovative diverse passionate and hardworking.
As a business analyst your primary role will be to ensure smooth delivery of features and enhancements in the Plynk mobile app by analyzing complex business requirements and coordinating with team members and collaborators alike. You are expected to quickly gain an understanding of all the components of Plynk to be able to contribute to strategic roadmaps and initiatives related to the development enhancement maintenance and support of the product.

Plynk is a mobile brokerage app intended to make investing easy welcoming and empowering for novice investors to just get started and keep going. Our objective is to build an innovative app that powers the worlds most intuitive investing process. Plynk will help the organization generate new revenue streams and acquire new customers in an increasingly competitive market.
The base salary range for this position is $52000$83000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
