Job Description
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing with a focus on enterprise applications.
Knowledge of testing APIs and integrations particularly for AIbased or cloud solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Selenium Postman or JMeter for automation and performance testing.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
Experience in testing AI/ML solutions or integrations with platforms like Azure OpenAI and Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce functionality including Service Cloud and its integrations.
Understanding of data validation security and compliance in AIbased applications.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies for QA processes.
