Are you a creator who sees magic in everyday moments and loves bringing them to life through photos and videos Do you thrive in fastpaced peoplefilled environments and enjoy capturing the energy of a great event Allagash Brewing Company is looking for a Marketing Content Creator Intern to help us capture content to help share our story on social media and beyond. This internship is a handson opportunity to immerse yourself in the Allagash brand attend events collaborate with our team and create engaging social first content that reflects the heart and soul of our brewery.
As our Marketing Content Creator Intern youll be responsible for pitching fresh ideas capturing photo and video content and editing it for use on our social media platforms. Youll spend time at the brewery turning everyday Allagash moments into compelling digital stories as well as attending a variety of events to capture the spirit of Allagash in the community. Youll use a phone to develop visual content for IG stories and other social channels and collaborate with our Marketing team to align your work with our overall brand strategy.
To be successful in this role you should be currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program ideally with a focus in digital media studies marketing or communications. A strong grasp of what it means to be online feel confident using a phone and camera to capture quality content and be comfortable editing short video clips are all essential skills for this role. Familiarity with digital asset management tools like Air or Brandfolder is a plus. Were looking for someone who is articulate responsible and mature someone who can navigate different environments with positivity and good judgement. While you wont be directly managing our social media channels or be expected to be the face or personality of our social content you will be embedded in our daytoday operations and play an important role in shaping how we share this world with others.
This is a paid internship $22/hr) and is considered to be a fulltime role. This position requires some evening and weekend hours. Qualified interns must be 21 years old by May 1 2025 able to attend onboarding and training at the brewery from May 2023 and commit to the entire duration of the internship 12 weeks). A valid drivers license registered and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from events are all essential to this role. Mileage reimbursement for travel is available. Location is key for this role we are looking to hire an intern that currently resides in the greater Portland area.
