POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the Executive Director in the management of all aspects of fundraising for the foundation; including major gifts planned event giving corporate giving annual fund grants and publications. Administration of Raisers Edge data base. Collaborates with the Executive Director and is responsible for supervising training performance appraisal and evaluation of staff. The Foundation Director of Operations will cultivate a select portfolio of donors for the purpose of solicitation. The position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Foundation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field.
Required length of experience: Five 5 years previous experience in a fundraising position; CRFE preferred
