Could you be the fulltime Learning and Development Specialist in Alstom India were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative supportive and dedicated teammates.

Youll spearhead the deployment of multiple training programs ensuring a culture of continuous learning and development. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Innovation Champions Mtier Managers Domain and EDU Leaders HR Business Partners) manage the technical understanding of job codes/descriptions and much more.

Youll specifically take care of fostering a strong learning orientation leveraging AR/VR tools for accelerated learning and designing programs for competency growth among experts but also coordinating with stakeholders for effective training deployment.

Well look to you for:

  • Organizing briefing sessions and workshops related to Competency and Expertise

  • Ensuring the timely deployment of training plans

  • Applying continuous improvement initiatives for ease of learning assimilation

  • Efficient communication with all stakeholders

  • Leading improvement initiatives for certification programs

  • Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts for training material enhancements

  • Another responsibility
