The Title V Project Coordinator will support Herzing Universitys Hispanic student population meeting students where they are oncampus or online. The Project Coordinator will provide services to facilitate a smooth transition into the classroom for Hispanic students and academic success through graduation. The Project Coordinator will advocate for these students ensuring their classroom needs are met connecting them with institutional and community resources and fostering a positive educational environment.
This is a grantfunded temporary position funding is expected through September 30 2029. Shifts in the grant funding may impact employment status.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Higher Education Leadership Higher Education Administration social work or a related field; (Masters preferred) and/or equivalent to three years of experience working in a higher education setting or comparable experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) withdemonstrated experience working with Hispanic and lowincome students either through lived experiences or professional roles fostering an inclusive andsupportive educational environment.
- Experience in program leadership the provision of student services and budgetary management.
- Strong understanding of issues related to student retention and success in higher education.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in higher education.
PAY: Compensation is determined based on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire as well as the amount of grant funding Herzing University receives for this particular role. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. The salary range for this position is $65000 to $71846.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Leadership:
- Develop and implement program strategies aligned with Title V objectives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise grant staff including peer mentors tutors and other grant related roles.
- Grant Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and grant guidelines.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to the Department of Education and other stakeholders.
- Manage budget and financial reporting for the grant.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with all departments including academic departments student services and administrative offices.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations and other institutions to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data to assess program outcomes and impact on student success.
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Training and Professional Development:
- Coordinate professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to support grant initiatives.
- Organize workshops and training sessions for students and staff on relevant topics.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Develop communication strategies to promote Title V initiatives and engage the campus community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Title Vrelated inquiries.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50 of the time.
- Minimal local travel will be required to connect with community organizations Milwaukee Home Office and possible annual Title V HSI conference/meeting.
- Must be able to occasionally move around the work location.
- Regularly operate office and/or teaching equipment including computers copiers fax machines and audio/visual equipment.
- Frequently use voice and hearing to communicate with students staff or colleagues either in person or over the phone.
- Visually or otherwise identify observe and assess information.
- Occasionally move carry or lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently position oneself to maintain computerrelated equipment which may involve bending stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.
