About the role:
As a Facilities Coordinator at the ECU Bunbury Campus you will be responsible for managing the building and equipment maintenance schedules physical space and the experience of the people within the premises. You will report to the offsite Facilities Manager and ensure the delivery of facilities management services meeting contractual requirements and statutory and regulatory obligations. Your role includes providing operational facilities management support handling preventative and reactive maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service.
About you:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facilities Administrator Customer Service Agent or Maintenance Coordinator.
Strong planning back and front of house administration and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines (SLAs).
Experience in the hospitality industry/customer service and or trades experience preferred.
Diploma in Facilities Management preferred or trade qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Attention to detail problemsolving skills and time management.
Ability to manage client experience and communicate effectively.
Proficient in systems and data management.
