As a business intelligence engineer you will have strong technical acumen and experience in developing reporting infrastructures and flexible frontend tools. You will conduct deep dive analyses of business growth opportunities and formulate conclusions for senior leadership. You will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for marketers and business leaders while collaborating with crossfunctional teams. Often the ideal set of data will not be available and you will have to think creatively about what is available in order to drive results. You will also be responsible for producing written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders that will help shape effective marketing and business strategies and tactics.


Key job responsibilities
* Analyze relevant business information for Sponsored Display / Sponsored TV and uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve our business and marketing strategies and tactics.
* Develop new and innovative analyses to inform our stakeholders business and marketing strategy.
* Establish new scalable efficient automated processes for tracking and reporting on progress of marketing campaigns and activity
* Design develop and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and measure performance marketing
* Partner and with crossfunctional teams to deliver business results
* Manage maintain and improve the teams selfservice reporting infrastructure pipelines and dashboards


About the team
The DemandTech Product Analytics team is responsible for building platform that can make access to insights and metrics as easy as shopping on . And working backwards from this we provide PMs access to KPIs and other insights via interactive visualization. We also enable our customers to analyze the data through selfserve query capabilities provided in an easy to use platform using Amazons out of box solutions. In addition to analytics we provide data engineering support by building a scalable infrastructure in AWS that ensures data availability security and accuracy.

3 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R SAS and Matlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
Experience in data mining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment with largescale complex datasets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
