Your Responsibilities
About the Role:
As a Credit Control Assistant reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will have a direct impact on managing and maintaining our students financial affairs. Your responsibilities will be:
Financial Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate insightful reports on students financial status and perform thorough data analyses to enhance quality.
Document and Information Management: Oversee the organization and filing of financial documents. Ensure the accuracy and uptodateness of student financial information.
Communication and Customer Service: Engage in proactive communication with students offering friendly reminders negotiating payments and addressing debtorrelated queries.
Administrative Support: Assist in managing student payment plans and provide comprehensive administrative assistance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments for smooth communication and undertake additional responsibilities as required including covering for team members during absences.

- Degree in Business Administration Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel. Skills in PowerBi Python and SQL are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- A proactive problemsolver who can adapt to changing environments.
