AtTaree Community Health Service we are proud to provide a range of healthcare and support services to the local community focusing on preventive care chronic disease management and wellbeing initiatives.Our Aged Care Service consists of a Psychogeriatric Service of a CNC and Registered Nurse. The team also boasts a Nurse Practitioner specialising in Aged Health & Diseases along with access to a Specialist Geriatrician. You will be supported by the Aged Care Service Manager administrative staff and a large experienced multidisciplinary team. Regular online education is required for the safety of all staff along with the support to attend further ongoing education and relevant professional development.
