Job Description
System Analyst Programmer
We are seeking a System Analyst Programmer to contribute to the achievement of our companys objectives by analyzing business requirements designing technical solutions and developing and maintaining software systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals and deliver efficient scalable and userfriendly systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute applications and software including patches per guidelines set by management.
- Maintain the company website and update daily to ensure secure and smooth function.
- Migrate applications both inhouse and clientbased as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and maintain security protocols related to software website and intranet use.
- Confer with technical staff and end users to design software applications evaluate acceptance and exchange information on project limitations and capabilities performance requirements and interfaces.
- Analyze and make recommendations as to IT software and hardware needs for the company.
- Provide analysis of software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Prepare and maintain the documentation of all locally developed software used at the site. Perform source code management/release management activities.
- Devise applications and programs to maintain internal and external systems security/integrity.
- Maintain system and user accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range
Rs 65000 to Rs 95000
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C# SQL.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. Oracle MySQL MongoDB).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- 25 years of experience in system analysis and software development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.

- Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance goodrenewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
