Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager the Commercial Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the respective sales and operational divisions.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyse sales performance category mix and rebates through advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis. You will provide critical insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and enhance overall financial performance.
This fulltime role is based at our head office in Mulgrave (Nexus Business Park) and is fulltime office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecast P&Ls including detailed commentary and analysis to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Insightful Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial and nonfinancial insights to support key decisionmaking processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to analyse and monitor financial performance ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- DataDriven Recommendations: Leverage data to create actionable insights and meaningful recommendations that empower business partners to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft suite (advanced Excel).
- SAP SAP BW & Power BI is an advantage
- CPA / CA / CIMA qualified
- 23 years experience in a similar role.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
