Job Description
Responsibilities
Noblis MSD Technologies is seeking an Electronics Technician to support our NAVWAR work at the NIEF in San Diego.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing configuring and testing computer networks to include both hardware and software with assistance
- Hardware includes but is not limited to routers switches servers inline encryptors and modems
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity problems with some assistance
- Run and trace cables
- Attend technical meetings
- Assist with the development of technical briefs
- Update technical documentation as directed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma 4 years of experience
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience with cable building installation and troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications
- Recent NC4I(S) or other relevant experience in troubleshooting maintenance repair installation and deinstallation of electronic systems equipment components antennas cables cableways waveguides and ducts while using logic analyzers and digital oscilloscopes
- Experience with various IT rack cabling including Ethernet (Cat5e Cat6 Cat7 fiber optic (SingleMode MultiMode) power (AC DC PDU) console (RJ45 to DB9 USB to RJ45 coaxial (RG6 RG59 SFP/DAC cables and cable management for organized and efficient networking setups.
- Very good written and verbal communication along with effective time and project management skills
- Active Secret clearance

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
