About the role
As the Executive Officer and Team Leader Executive Support you will coordinate the provision of high level executive and secretariat support services to the Executive Director Science and Insights Division. You will provide strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team facilitate key projects and provide oversight of communications to support the delivery of the Divisions objectives.
About You
We are seeking an experienced government professional who is familiar with Ministerial processes and working in time sensitive demanding roles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to resolve complex issues using their initiative to manage priorities and risks in line with strategic objectives. You will have excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
