To be eligible for consideration of this role your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius of the Covington Regional Center

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Workplace Planning Consultant I you help our participants achieve better financial outcomes by engaging with participants to identify solutions that will help them in their path to financial wellbeing. You will be engaging with inactive and active 401(k) participants through inbound and outbound calls assisting them with their retirement planning and service needs. You will use the Fidelity Relationship Model to address the participants stated needs and provide planning and advice on a wide range of topics that meet each participants unique needs including 401(k) plan enrollments distribution options investment strategies and retirement readiness using digital resources and support tools.

The Expertise Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; Financial Services experience required
  • FINRA Series 7 prior to hire and will obtain the Series 66 after hire.
  • The ability to assist clients while successfully incorporating Fidelitys planning guidance and service technology with the financial planning knowledge and regulatory obligations imposed by the required licenses you hold

  • You have outstanding written verbal and interpersonal communication skills and a proven ability to foster relationships
  • Your keen problemsolving skills will allow you to understand a participants situation and provide a relevant comprehensive set of solutions and next steps in a single interaction

  • Engaging with and educating participants to increase their understanding of available solutions while working to build customer loyalty and longlasting relationships
  • Leveraging technology and digital tools and resources you can resolve pointintime needs of the participants and identify opportunities beyond the stated need to help participants in their path to financial wellbeing.
