Job Description
Salary/Position Classification
- 18.00 hourly NonExempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 10 hours per week
- 100 Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a parttime nonbenefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working alongside GE Digital to create novel analytics in the Aviation Industry
- Supporting AVIT 412 class activities with industry partners
- Training internal and external customers on use of the GE EMS software
- Creating novel analytics in the GE EMS software
- Supporting internal research initiatives
- Quantitative data collection
- Aggregating data for analysis
- Maintaining notes from research meetings and activities
Required Competencies
- Good communication skills.
Reliable.
Punctual.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have successfully completed AVIT 412 (on campus in person) within the past 12 months.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
Must be enrolled as a student for Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 academic semesters
Experience with the GE EMS software
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
