Who Were Looking For:
Were seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of optimizing complex websites ideally within a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment. Youre a strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights driving significant improvements in user experience and lead conversions. You thrive in a fastpaced environment possess exceptional problemsolving skills and are comfortable presenting to senior management. Youre someone who can independently build and execute a web project roadmap taking ownership and driving projects to successful completion. You will be a key player in shaping our digital presence and contributing to our continued success in the Indian market.
What Youll Be Doing:
Develop and drive the web experience optimization roadmap to optimize the web journey for inbound visitors focusing on improving user experience and increasing lead conversions.
Ensure seamless web navigation content accessibility and SEO optimization to maximize the quality of inbound traffic.
Develop personalized web experience initiatives based on audience segmentation using tools like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Adobe Target.
Manage and monitor web performance dashboards to report to Group Manager on performance.
Manage A/B and multivariate testing using tools such as Adobe Target to continually optimize web performance and user experience.
Oversee the complete testing lifecycle from data research hypothesis creation through to and analysis ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Evaluate and prioritize web initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with business objectives ensuring highimpact projects are always prioritized.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Product Sales Analytics) to ensure alignment on priorities and smooth of web projects.
What You Bring to the Role:
5 years of experience in a conversion optimization or product management role focused on web or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment.
Strong experience managing and executing on a product roadmap of impactful web initiatives to support business growth.
Clear track record of delivering impactful web experience to drive business growth.
Fully selfsufficient and able to build own and execute a web project roadmap with minimal direct help.
Strong subject matter expertise in the area of web experience bringing new perspectives and innovations to the business.
Excellent initiative and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and leading solutions.
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fastpaced environment.
A collaborative datadriven and resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving tangible business results.
Comfortable presenting to senior management and able to challenge and advocate for a strategic direction where appropriate.
Strong ability to interpret data and tell compelling stories through data visualization and analysis.
A selfstarter who can operate autonomously drive projects independently and make proactive decisions.
Proven expertise with web analytics (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) A/B testing (Adobe Target Optimizely) and web personalization.
Familiarity with CMS platforms particularly AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is preferred.
Product Management or related certification with a strong understanding of the product development process as it relates to web experience is a plus.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
