The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for an International Production Lead to drive the web production of theweb sites in 60 geographies and 30 languages. Candidates must have experience in daily content production of a large website; strong web technology skills and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be encouraged to work with peer Global Web Producers as well as regional Marketing content partners to contribute to the success of. In addition to English proficiency or good knowledge of other European languages is a distinct advantage!
What you will do:
- Work with global crossfunctional groups across time zones to implement new features and updates acrossweb sites and drive the priorities for the assigned product segment
- Actively participate in sprint planning and other squad meetings and establish content and publishing plans
- Closely work with US Production Lead in Jira story assignments and tracking and coordinate the US publishing work during the IST hours
- Collaborate with regional partners incountry resources etc. and ensure that regional perspectives are taken into consideration while authoring the content
- Own the endtoend life cycle of International workflow
- Coordinate the localization delivery process
- Collaborate with the Content QA team to drive QA priorities (US & Intl)
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to automate the production work
- Participates in the capacity planning exercise to ensure effective capacity utilization across BUs
Requirements:
B.E./B. Tech/ MCA Degree or equivalent work experience
Around five years of online content production experience including web publishing and version control
Should have the experience of leading multiple concurrent projects
Good experience and knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML XHTML XML CSS JavaScript etc.
Selfstarter who takes initiative and is able to work independently
Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager or any other Web Content Management System
Knowledge of Adobe products and services would be an added advantage
Previous experience in web development would be a plus
Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage
