The Analytics Visualisation & Enablement Management role is being established in the EMEA regional team to accelerate our ability to convert our data into valuable visualisations & insights that drive growth based decision making in our region. Its a critical business translation role that will sit between our business teams & our technical teams working to scope design & develop effective scalable analytic solutions which will step change the speed & effectiveness of our commercial decision making. This role requires a high level of stakeholder management so strong management & communication skills are essential together with commercial experience of Sales Analytics & Technical BI background. The ideal candidate for this role will be innovative in their thinking comfortable with ambiguity and have strong collaboration/presentation skills.

Who you are:
Bachelors Degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics or related field
8 years experience in Business Intelligence Visualisation Engineering or related Analytics Field
Strong Commercial/Sales Analytics experience essential. Marketing Analytics preferred
Experience working in or very closely with commercial teams highly beneficial
Strong Experience with Data Visualization tools like Google Data Studio DOMO Power BI and Tableau
Experience with cloud environments (Snowflake Google Cloud Platform) and SAP
Understanding of data architecture and data engineering and ML ops
Experience with CPG/Pet Health/Professional Indirect Industries preferred
Proficiency with SQL dbt beneficial
Proficiency with Python or R beneficial
