Job Title: Facilities Manager
Grade: 12
Location: Warsaw Poland
Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager
Job Overview: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective management and operation of a building facility or a group of facilities. This role involves ensuring that all aspects of facility management including maintenance cleaning security and health and safety are executed efficiently. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday facility operations including preventative maintenance repairs and housekeeping.
- Ensure the facility meets industry regulations and environmental health and safety standards.
- Manage facility budgets including cost optimization and vendor contract negotiation.
- Coordinate with the Regional Facilities Manager to implement facility strategies and projects.
- Liaise with tenants addressing concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Supervise thirdparty contractors ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with agreements.
- Respond to emergency situations and facilitate business continuity plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or related field.
- Or minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations or management.
- Knowledge of building systems codes and health and safety regulations.
- Understanding of financial processes purchase orders invoices accruals budget and reporting.
- Strong organizational leadership and customer service skills. Familiarity with facility management software and technology.
- Knowledge of Italian or Spanish language is a plus.
