FLSA Status: Nonexempt Original Date: Last Revision: March 2018 JOB SUMMARY: Meets a variety of guestrelated information needs for the Guest Services Center promoting a professional and positive image of the Information Services Program and Medical Center. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of work experience. University level courses taken in communications psychology or a related area preferred. LICENSURE CERTIFICATION and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Solves problems and provide referral services information for both internal and external requestors. 2. Provides directions for visitors to the Medical Center. 3. Provides information relative to Medical Center policies and procedures. 4. Uses the computer system to obtain requested information. 5. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
