DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Performance & Compensation implementation consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements perform gap analysis design solutions map business processes configure systems and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities- Lead endtoend implementations of the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Talent Management Performance Management and Compensation.
- Gather requirements analyse gaps design solutions and map existing HR business processes.
- Configure goals performance templates feedback workflows succession plans and career development tools in the Talent & Performance modules.
- Set up compensation cycles eligibility profiles budgets compensation worksheets and approval workflows in the Compensation module.
- Lead and execute unit system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide user training and support for both rollouts and live environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications- Proven experience in endtoend Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with handson experience implementing Talent Management Performance Management and Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations setups and transactions specific to Talent Management Performance Management and Compensation.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications (e.g. Talent Management Cloud Implementation Professional) are highly preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
