Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect clean and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop maintain and optimize Excel models including complex formulas pivot tables and PowerPivot dashboards.
- Design and create dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data insights.
Business Insights
- Analyze trends patterns and correlations in data to identify opportunities for potential sales.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations.
- Provide forecasting data based on trends.
Data Management
- Manage and maintain data repositories ensuring security and accessibility.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing data processes using Excel macros VBA and Power Query.
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide training to team members on how to use Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel functionalities.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in data science Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience in data analysis reporting or a related role.
Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas PowerPivot Power Query and macros).
Handson experience with Power BI including DAX data modeling and report creation.
SKILLS/REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/TOOLS:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate technical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with databases and SQL (preferred but not required).
Tools/Machinery: Must be able to operate standard office equipment.
