The Opportunity
Involves overseeing the strategic operational and tactical aspects of both the commercial and marketing/omnichannel functions within an organization. This is a highlevel leadership role focusing on ensuring that business objectives are met through efficient operations and effective market engagement.
Main Responsibilities
To lead the team in determining the needed portfolios strategies which are necessary to realize Roche Morocco ambition and take the necessary actions in line with Roche principles
To align on the vision & strategy definition to drive the ambition
To ensure significant progress is achieved toward all the targets by making the necessary adjustments in order to reach the targets
To build & sustain longterm customer partnerships with key stakeholders to create mutual value
To lead design and implement the commercial policies that helps secure access of Moroccan patients to our portfolio
To ensure processes and resources are in place to secure that the ordertocash is flawless
To develop new promotion systems with the marketing/omnichannel team to ensure that the marketing/omnichannel strategies are performance and result oriented and to support creativity & innovation in marketing/omnichannel activities
To build contacts with relevant official institutions and other organizations and to take actions which are in accordance with the company principles and targets
To actively participate in the regular enabling team meetings to take part to the decisions related to Roche Morocco wearing both Operations and the MET hats
Who you are
Experience and Qualifications
University Degree MBA and/or Scientific Diploma with 7 years experience in business development marketing commercial and/or sales.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in launching new products.
Fluency in Arabic English & French oral and written
Required Competencies
People management (train coach & develop) energetic and inspired view on the work ability to inspire teams and others
Ability to analyze diagnose market and ecosystems dynamics and accordingly make sound decisions
Business acumen deep understanding of business drivers products local market competition
Strong and impactful communication skills to convey complex ideas and alternatives to the Ecosystem Stakeholders and other involved parties
Strong facilitation negotiation and conflict resolution
