Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fastpaced autonomous environment TLC Healthcare a leader in integrated healthcare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic recruitment team.

The Role
This fulltime position is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake. You will manage your own diverse recruitment portfolio collaborating across all TLC brands to deliver innovative endtoend hiring solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include developing creative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle including:
- Talent attraction (advertisement drafting posting)
- Shortlisting & phone screening
- Interview coordination
- Reference checks & placements
- Ensuring seamless candidate experiences
- Building & maintaining candidate talent pools
- Leading surge recruitment projects
- Supporting broader HR initiatives when required

What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition & recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume hiring environment
- Strong resilience and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations 3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
