To contribute to the achievement of the Groups strategic goals by partnering with Telix leadership on all People & Culture (P&C) activities and functions in the Americas region including Px Tx and TMS to enable the delivery of the region.
The Manager People & Culture will serve as a strategic advisor to Telix and RLS leadership as well as the P&C generalist. This role is pivotal in aligning People & Culture strategies with business objectives particularly in the context of ongoing acquisitions and a broad therapeutic and diagnostic pipeline. The incumbent will oversee a team of P&C Generalists ensuring the delivery of comprehensive P&C services that support organizational growth and integration.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Partnership and P&C Planning:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership proactively identifying P&C needs and developing solutions aligned with business growth strategic objectives and competitive market dynamics.
- Execute comprehensive P&C plans ensuring alignment with corporate vision particularly in relation to expanding therapeutic and diagnostic pipelines.
- Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead coach and mentor a team of P&C Generalists promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards for service delivery.
- Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for the P&C Generalist team providing regular feedback guidance and developmental opportunities.
- Mergers Acquisitions and Integration:
- Take part in P&C due diligence processes during acquisitions identifying potential risks and creating effective integration plans.
- Manage the human capital components of postacquisition integrations ensuring cultural alignment retention of key talent and harmonization of P&C practices and policies.
- Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Deliver initiatives aimed at building organizational effectiveness enhancing culture employee engagement and adaptability.
- Support change management efforts associated with organizational growth acquisitions restructuring and scaling operations.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues promoting positive outcomes aligned with organizational values and legal compliance.
- Champion initiatives that foster employee engagement wellbeing diversity equity and inclusion throughout the organization.
- P&C Policy Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure the organizations compliance with employment laws regulations and best practices maintaining awareness of regulatory changes.
- Proactively manage employment risks associated with rapid growth ensuring P&C policies and procedures reflect current legislation and company strategy.
- Performance Management and Development:
- Oversee performance management processes ensuring alignment between individual performance objectives and strategic organizational goals.
- Support professional development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies in alignment with pipeline and business needs.
- P&C Metrics and Reporting:
- Utilize P&C analytics to identify trends inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop meaningful P&C reporting frameworks to communicate key insights to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
Education and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in P&C/Business Management degree (or equivalent);
- 7 years experience across a range of generalist P&C functions providing subject matter expertise coaching advice generalist skills and employee advocacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A strong commitment to employee confidentiality at all times.
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft office suite.
- Experience working in a global People & Culture team strongly preferred
- Experience working in People & Culture in biotechnology pharmaceuticals or an adjacent industry required
- Experience using HRIS or other people systems an advantage
