CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors BAM Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnels and Stations package for Brisbanes Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new highcapacity underground stations at Boggo Road Woolloongabba Albert Street and Roma Street station.

Sitting within the station delivery team you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation and issuance of tender packages
- Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
- Evaluation of variation claims and issuing assessments for review and approval by management
- Management of subcontractor payment claims
- Preparation and issuance of contract correspondence to Contractors
Minimum requirements for this role include the following:
- Experience in the procurement and management of subcontract packages for largescale projects
- Effective contract negotiation skills and ability to assess large complex claims and variations
- Robust understanding of relevant legislation and ability to interpret and apply contracts
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Management or relevant
