WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
We are looking for an experienced selfdriven UI/UX designer who excels across various tools and systems with strong prototyping and visual design skills alongside advanced UI/UX expertise. Ideally you have a proven track record of working with and actively contributing to design systems leveraging tokens to create cohesive and scalable designs.
In this role you will collaborate closely with senior and principal product designers to bring our new brand identity to life across web and app platforms. Working within crossfunctional teams you will help deliver key projects define and refine design patterns and ensure accessibility (a11y) standards are met to create inclusive and stunning user experiences.
Your daytoday responsibilities will include:
Creating assets and detailed design specifications for developers.
Conducting design QA to uphold quality standards.
Consolidating design patterns into documentation and integrating them into our design system portal.
Refining our overall design direction while staying aligned with the latest industry standards.
We value a strong passion for UI design and all things visual paired with a sharp eye for detail. Collaboration and communication are at the heart of this role as youll work handinhand with both the design system team and crossfunctional colleagues.
Interest and experience in emerging technologies like AI are considered a strong plus.
WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Have a degree in Digital Design Visual Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a designer with a strong track record of delivering robust and scalable customer experiences in collaboration with stakeholders engineers and other designers.
Highly motivated and selforganized with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Fluent in design software like Figma; experience with CMS tools is a plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Passionate about UI design and all things visual with a sharp eye for the finer details.
Wellversed in accessibility (a11y) standards to create inclusive and humancentered designs.
Skilled in user research UX and UI design to craft seamless and holistic customer journeys.
Enthusiastic about designing innovative technology products with a humancentered approach ensuring they serve realworld needs.
Understanding the importance of details teamwork and feedback to drive impactful results.
A genuine interest in fashion or openness to developing a passion for it.
