Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers Southeast Campus/The COVE School for youth and adolescents located in Plymouth MA is looking to hire a Seasonal Lifeguard for the summer months. The position is parttime with a need for some flexibility in :Lifeguard certification requiredFirst Aid AED/CPR MA State required certificationsAge 18 plus requiredDuties:Scans the area of surveillance to make sure that youth are safe and behaving according to the in emergency situations and provides rescue and first aid assistance up to his or her training level until medical personnel the aquatic facility for unsafe conditions and for adherence to cleanliness protocols and reports any hazards to the rules consistently and out reports for incidents or other records for with Direct Care Staff to support behavior management of maintains swim level records of all youth and uses these levels to ensure youth are swimming familiarity with established program policies and :Performs job adequately which requires swimming endurance and a professional professionally with facility youth and program staff and acts as a role model for all meetings and training sessions for the aquatic facility DiversityWe are committed to excellence in diversity equity and inclusion while simultaneously creating a culture that supports those values.
