Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain close customer relations
- Phone support for customers and field technicians
- Create quotes scopes contracts which include creating and ordering the materials needed.
- Installation knowledge service and troubleshooting of a variety of burglary alarm Intercom access and camera systems
- Instruct end users on the proper use of all installed equipment and address questions or concerns.
- Knowledge of system testing and signal verification
- High school diploma; trade school and/or some 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
- At least 2 years scheduling experience for either plumbing service heating & A/C or low voltage contractor
- Quality focus Conflict resolution Strong ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including heavy telephone and email communication
- Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions and recommendations
- High attention to detail
- Teamoriented and willingness to learn
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Proficient with Outlook Excel and Word
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and installation manuals
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information in oneonone and small groups situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization
